1. Use of the Platform

CorpLink is an Industrial Intelligence Portal designed to help businesses discover industrial companies, manufacturing units and business information across India. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful business and professional purposes.

2. User Account

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Providing false information or sharing account access with others may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Business Listings

Business owners are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted for publication is accurate and up to date. CorpLink reserves the right to review, edit, reject or remove any listing that violates our policies.

4. Premium Listing

Premium Listing becomes active only after successful payment and profile verification (where applicable). Features included in the Premium Listing are displayed on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. CorpLink does not store credit card, debit card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, design, software, logos and database structure are the intellectual property of CorpLink and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate business information, CorpLink does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of every listing. Users should independently verify business information before entering into any commercial transaction.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
