Refund & Cancellation Policy
At CorpLink Industrial Intelligence Portal, we strive to provide the most accurate B2B industrial data. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:
1. Nature of Service
Since our portal provides digital information and immediate access to premium database services, all sales are final. Once access is granted or data is viewed, the service is considered "consumed."
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Double payment for the same subscription due to a technical glitch.
- Technical failure where the user is unable to access the portal even after successful payment (verified by our technical team).
3. Timeline
In case of eligible refunds, the request must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.
4. Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time; however, no pro-rata refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the active subscription.
